Placing Orders: All orders require a minimum of 1 week's notice but 2+ weeks is preferred to ensure availability.

Deposits: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. Balance must be paid in full 72 hours before your scheduled delivery. You may pay your invoice in full if you wish to do so when placing your order. Orders will only be considered confirmed upon receipt of the deposit. The deposit will be deducted from the total invoice amount.

Order Change/Cancellations: Changes to your order (flavor, size, design) must be made 1 week before the due date of your order. Order cancellations are accepted up to 1 week before the due date of your order, but the deposit will be forfeited. Orders that are not accepted on the agreed upon date will not be refunded.
